Stewardship Assistant – Dallas, TX – Part Time

Thrive Women’s Clinic is seeking to hire a part-time (20 hours/week) Stewardship Assistant to support the agency’s stewardship department. The candidate must prove a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and show spiritual growth and have passion and enthusiasm for the mission of TWC. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and database management skills and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player, and be comfortable with public speaking opportunities.

The Stewardship Assistant will handle database management, reporting, and maintenance for the agency’s CRM. Responsibilities include running routine (weekly and monthly) and other needed reports. The Assistant will enter in all donations, generate appropriate acknowledgments, and keep track of all EFT transactions. The Assistant aids in all fundraising events and donor site visits and manages the Baby Bottles Campaign through church Sanctity of Human Life celebrations. Donor and foundation research and donor development are also requirements for this position. The Assistant will take part in the Speaker’s bureau and will keep accurate records of volunteer hours related to development. 

Executive Assistant/Operations Manager – Dallas, TX

Christian women’s pregnancy clinic seeks a self-motivated, spiritually mature, pro-active individual in the role of Executive Assistant/Operations Manager. Duties include project management, research and managing day-to-day administrative affairs for the Executive Director, including correspondence, appointments, engagements, as well as miscellaneous assignments. Position will also be responsible for office/facilities management including systems administration, calendar, meeting preparation, mail and office supplies.

Position also serves as back up Advocate (lay-counselor) to clients as needed. Requires a college degree and 3-5 years of experience and be technology savvy. Type 60 WPM and excellent organizational and systems skills. Should be self-motivated and energetic. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
