Director of Clinic Services - Full Time
Summary. We are a Dallas faith-based women’s clinic seeking a Registered Nurse (BSN) with an active license in good standing in Texas. Must be a team player with strong supervisory skills and available to workday shifts Monday through Friday and occasional evenings. Experience in performing 1st and 2nd trimester ultrasounds preferred but not required. Spanish language fluency a plus, but not required. Our life-affirming work includes outreach to women and their partners experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. We operate three clinics and one mobile clinic in Dallas County with professional medical care, social services, mentoring, and practical needs. This position will have a home base with travel and work at other Dallas locations as needed.
Qualifications.
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of Texas
- Experience in performing 1st and 2nd-trimester ultrasounds (preferred, but not required)
- Supervisory, leadership experience
- Demonstrated good judgement and problem-solving ability, multi-tasker
- Ability to know her own limitations and to ask for assistance
- Strong relational skills; a team player
General Duties
- Follows clinic policies and procedures
- Performs ultrasounds
- Counsels clients in the clinic and over the telephone
- Is available as a Speaker’s Bureau participant
- Maintains current RN license in good standing in the state of Texas
Specific Duties
- Assumes responsibility for day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Maintains orderly clinic visit process and orderly client records
- Participates in recruitment and interview process of volunteer physicians and volunteer RNs
- Trains new volunteer nurses in performance of duties, including ultrasound, and supervises ongoing RN training, including policies and procedures
- Implements Medical Director’s standing orders accurately and completely
- Supervises Nurse Supervisors at satellite clinics
- Schedules nurses and physicians at clinics
- Supervises current licensure, CPR training, and required continuing education hours for medical personnel
- Maintains sufficient medical supplies at all clinic locations
- Supervises follow-up contact with clinic clients
- Supervises and updates clinic policies and procedures for all facilities
- Follows guidelines of national professional organizations (AWHONN, ACOG, AIUM)
- Supervises client chart reviews in clinic
- Maintains column for the quarterly newsletter
- Works with companies for annual maintenance of ultrasound machines

Men's Ministry Coordinator - Full Time
Objective
To supervise and develop the men’s ministry program, as we provide connection, care, and counsel to the male clients who accompany female clients to the clinic. The Thrive Men’s Coordinator will seek to promote the men’s program, implement strategies to recruit men to participate in our mentorship program as volunteer mentors and represent Thrive Women’s Clinic through community networking and events.
Qualifications
- A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
- BA/High School Education required
- Exhibits a strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of all human life
- Agrees with the Thrive Women’s Clinic Core Values, Statement of Faith, Policies and Procedures
- Exhibits interpersonal communication skills, problem solving
- Provides spiritual leadership, discipleship and direction to those under his supervision
- Carries out his responsibilities in a timely manner and with excellence
- Computer literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Ministry experience
- Creae or work with Director of Client Services to develop procedures, choose curriculum, designmale documents
- Mission minded willing to learn various cultures to cultivate program
- Bi-lingual a plus, but not required

Site Supervisor - Full Time
Essential Functions
- Function as the Site Supervisor for your location including risk management
- Serve as back-up to the Administrative Assistant when she is unavailable
- Maintain the office calendar for volunteer schedule and location coordination
- Analyze client electronic files for risk management and quality assurance purposes
- Serve as an Advocate/Mentor to clients
- Complete miscellaneous assignments as assigned by the Executive Director, Operations Manager and Client Services Director
- Work with Director of Client Services to train, guide, encourage and evaluate volunteers
- Flexible to float within all Thrive locations to serve as needed within client services roles
Qualifications
- Must demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and exhibit spiritual growth
- College degree preferred
- Proven management experience
- Good computer skills in MS Word and Excel – must type 60+WPM
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate good customer service skills
- Must be willing to travel for work at the Mobile Unit and Thrive locations
- Be a team player
- Spanish speaking required
