Cookies with Santa

The Christian Life Center is located on the west side of the church property.

We’re planning our annual “Visit to the North Pole!” for Thrive clients.  Attendees will visit activity stations to win a prize. Each station will be decorated in a special theme like Frozen or Star Wars. Attendees can complete their visit with a commemorative photo with Santa & Mrs. Claus. We need help with volunteers and donated items.

What we need

• Decorated activity/game stations with characters and/or volunteers to run them
• Floor games – Can we borrow your ring toss, bowling, small basketball hoop, etc? 
• Prizes – small toys, crayons, candy canes, bags of candy, chips, etc., or fruit to give out at each station. (Individually wrapped except fruit)
• Cookies for Santa to distribute (may be decorated or chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, etc.)
• Drinks – Bottled water and juice boxes for all
• Set-up & Clean-up

Notes

• If hosting an activity center with prizes, plan for 200 children. Or, you can donate financially to help cover some of the event costs.
• Make notes in the signup sheet about games/resources you can provide. 
• Volunteers will be asked to arrive early (8:00 am) to set up and plan to stay until noon or 12:30 pm.
• Feel free to bring your kids. Older kids can help with games. Younger children must be supervised.
• Please let us know how many volunteers in your group.
• Once you’ve signed up, we will contact you with details about setup or item delivery.
